Facility Rentals

COMMUNITY CENTER (35 Water Street)
SENECA FALLS RESIDENTS ONLY PLEASE

Available for Community.
(Not-for-Profit Groups-no cost)

Also available for private use.
(birthdays, showers, retirement, etc.)

Cost:   $50-Meeting Room; $100-Meeting Room/Kitchen  
($100 refundable maintenance deposit required with every rental)

- No alchohol is allowed at the center.

Payment is accepted by mail or in person at:  Seneca Falls Community Center, 35 Water Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148, no later than one month prior to date of event.  Failure to do so may result in the loss of the reservation.  Please do not mail cash.

Upon satisfactory review of facilities following your event, you maintenance deposit will be returned to you within 15 (fifteen) working days.  

In order to have your deposit refunded, the following MUST be satisfied:

• Trash cans emptied, bags replaced and garbage bags placed in dumpster.

• Tables/chairs wiped clean and replaced to original positions.

• Restrooms left in respectable manner.

• Floors swept/mopped.

• All doors/windows locked for security purposes prior to departure.

• Keys returned (if applicable) to the Community Center (35 Water St.) the following Monday between the hours of 9 am.-5 p.m.

Even though you have remitted a maintenance deposit in relation to your rental, you will be held responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment throughout the duration of the reservation and, by signing this document, agree to pay all costs associated with any damage incurred that may go above and beyond the amount of the maintenance fee actually submitted.
