Corky DeYulio, Community Center Fitness Room Advisor

Corky DeYulio has worked for the Town of Seneca Falls Parks & Recreation Department for 4 years as Fitness Room Advisor. In addition to his part-time work here in Seneca Falls, Corky works as a full-time Phys Ed teacher in the City of Rochester. Corky is a Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA) and also holds a Masters Degree in Physical Education from Syracuse University.
Corky has over 20 years experience in the use of weights and fitness machines, with significant expertise in the use of treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and other cardiovascular equipment. He also has many years experience in the area of diet and nutrition.
Corky is a life-long resident of the Finger Lakes and currently resides in Geneva.
Corky’s services are free to Town of Seneca Falls residents and he is on-hand at the Community Center on Thursdays (5:00-8:00pm) and Saturdays (10:00am-1:00pm) or by appointment for those interested in help with any of the following:
- Proper use of the Center’s fitness equipment
- Set-up of a personal training/life fitness program
- Set-up of a weight loss/maintenance program
- Dietary advice
- Other fitness issues/questions/programs
