Concessions Needed For Town of Seneca Falls 4th of July Celebration

On Wednesday July 4th, the Town of Seneca Falls will be hosting its 2nd Annual Fourth of July Celebration at Vince’s Park on Rte. 318. The celebration will begin at 5:00pm with food, games and swimming and conclude with a fireworks display at around 9:30pm.
Last year, food concessions were handled throughout the day by Parks & Rec Staff with hot dogs, hamburgers and soft drinks selling out due to the large turn-out. This year, it is our intention to offer groups like yours the opportunity to participate in this community event by coordinating your own concession stand with all profits realized that day yours to keep. Based on last year’s attendance and successful concession sales, we expect that organizations who participate this year will realize a nice profit for a one-day event.
Please consider this an invitation to your organization to submit a request to participate in this year’s event. Your request should include the following:
- Name/Address/Phone of Contact person for your organization
- Food item(s) you’d like to sell
- Projected price of those item(s)
We have extended this invitation to over 25 different community organizations and many may request to sell the same concession item. Therefore, we suggest that each group interested in participating in this event submit at least two different concession items they would like to offer.
Please forward your request no later than April 1st to Jim Spina at the Seneca Falls Community Center. Requests can be made in writing and mailed to the Center (35 Water St., Seneca Falls, NY 13148) or by phone (568 6933).
