Division I: Preschool/Pre-K 10 a.m. *Sponsored by SF RECREATION & PARKS
Division II: Grades K-1 10:30 a.m.
Division III: Grades 2-3 10:45 a.m.

Luncheons will be held from 12-2 pm with the exception of the Christmas luncheon 11am-2pm. Luncheon fee: $10 with the exception of Christmas $12. MEET: KINGSLEY KABARI, PERSONAL TRAINER

KabariDr. Kabari graduated from the New York Chiropractic College, as a doctor of Chiropractic.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. He is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a personal trainer, and is certified in Active Release Technique (ART), kinesio taping, and whole food nutrition.  Dr. Kabari’s background includes over a decade of experience as a fitness expert, wellness coach, rehabilitation specialist, intern as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist, and motivational speaker. In addition to his rapidly growing chiropractic business, Dr. Kabari offers personal training, boot camp for kids and adults, strength training for women, nutritional classes, 21-day cleanse program, and corporate & community wellness.   Dr. Kabari specializes in working with athletes, the general fitness population, and also those with special limitations and health conditions. He also has his own practice. Dr. Kabari has just recently welcomed Jessica Dashnaw, Licensed Massage Therapist, of Body Balance to his practice.  Dr. Kabari’s office is located at 1963 US Route 5 & 20, Waterloo, NY, in the Maximum Fitness Gym located in Kingdom Plaza. Community Center Hours of Operation:


The Community Center can be enjoyed by all ages! The new Center includes a spectacular gymnasium, activity, fitness, game room, and meeting rooms, family locker rooms, kitchen, lounge area, and three staff offices. Please take advantage of our recreation facility. We continue to offer new programming for both adults and youth. This building will be utilized by all and is the "Center of Pride" for Seneca Falls .

Party Rental (Community Center Meeting Room):
Seneca Falls Residents Only. $100 / room rental + $100 maintenance deposit.
For parties only, usage of the gym is based on availability. Use of full kitchen included.

Have you used our FITNESS ROOM?
  No membership involved!  Free to all Seneca Falls residents. Please ask for assistance at the front desk the first time you use the machinery.

Kid's Territory
is located on West Bayard Street, is home to youth sports and the summer playground program. The creative playground, gazebo area, six sports' fields, and a concession stand are open to the public. If you are a resident of Seneca Falls or just a tourist passing through, you can enjoy the activity of this facility in the summer, fall, and spring.


Vince's Park
is located on the corner of routed 5 & 20 and 318. The facilities include: an outdoor swimming pool, two softball fields, two picnic shelters, and an enclosed pavilion for all your year-round party needs. The pavilion was renovated in the summer of '05 and is used for wedding receptions, birthday, graduation and anniversary parties, etc. Also, during the summer there is a learn to swim program for beginner, intermediate, and advanced swimmers. The park also includes a small playground area (swimming/slides).

Skate Park Rules & Information

Skatepark* The Skate Park is for Seneca Falls Residents only. It is open from dawn to dusk year-round, weather permitting. It is recommended that all users wear a helmet, knee and elbow pads.

* Participants can use bikes and skateboards in the park. Children in grades 6-12 can skate on their own. Parents bringing a child in grade 5 or under must accompany them onto the skating surface at all times. Please skate safely and remember to be courteous of those around you.
