Canal HarborBoating on the Cayuga-Seneca Canal

Our historic community is blessed with a beautiful waterfront with docking facilities for boaters that travel the Cayuga-Seneca Canal. Our new boater facility provides some very important amenities for travelers. We have converted the lower level of a three story building that will provide bathrooms, showers and laundry accommodations. We provide a harbor master during the summer months to welcome visitors and provide directions to our local attractions.

Boating on the Seneca-Cayuga Canal is an increasing popular pastime, you can launch your canoe from the Seneca Falls Recreation Center on Water Street, larger crafts can launch from Cayuga Lake Park Marina on State Route 89.  Boat docking is available on the North side of the canal with additional docking coming on the south side coming soon.  Docking is available in the center of the village from mid-April through mid-November free of charge.  Water and electric hookups are available to boaters as well as a pump outs station.  To make room for all our guests free docking at the Seneca Falls Harbor is limited a 48 hour stay.
