Karolyn Grimes, the actress who played "Zu-Zu" in Frank Capra's holiday classic "It's A Wonderful Life" visits Seneca Falls each December to kick-off a weekend of events. Karolyn is pictured with her husband Christopher in '04 as a bonfire burns behind them. In the background is the bridge believed to be the inspiration for the famous bridge in Capra's film.

"It's A Wonderful Life" in Seneca Falls, NY

The town of Seneca Falls depicts Bedford Falls from the classic holiday film and invites everyone to join in the festivities. Personal Appearance of Karolyn Grimes who played ZuZu in the film. Seneca Falls is widely believed to be the inspiration for Frank Capra's holiday classic, "It's A Wonderful Life". Come to Seneca Falls and visit the village and locations that inspired Mr. Capra in his visits to Seneca Falls in the early 1900's. Stand on the bridge that Jimmy Stewart's character leaped from in the movie. Visit in December to take part in the weekend festivals that celebrate our connection to the holiday classic.
